GQMC Composition

The GQMC shall be composed of the heads of the following agencies:

    • (a) Department of Budget and Management as Chairman;
    • (b) Department of Trade and Industry as Co-Chairman;
    • (c) Department of the Interior and Local Government as member;
    • (d) Office of the President-Office of the Deputy Executive Secretary for Internal Audit as member; and
    • (e) Development Academy of the Philippines as member.
